ABOUT

The 2023 vintage will celebrate Jennifer's fourteenth year in the wine industry. She is a highly effective software trainer/analyst with extensive winery operations knowledge.  Jennifer's career began in a winery tasting room, then moved intoI Human Resources and Wine Club.  After six years of DTC and training, developing, and recruiting, she moved to the supplier side of the wine industry as a Software trainer for several winery software systems.

Over the last 15 years I have focused on 

  • Analyzing software programs,

  • Program manager for software installation,

  • Sales and marketing

  • Onboarding project managment.

I am trained to analyze the needs of winery operations and work with development teams to address best practice protocols throughout the different winery functions.  Evaluate the onboarding and training processes of the winery staff to develop and implement lesson plans for training and standard operating procedures for process improvements.

Prior to joining the wine industry, Jennifer managed multiple small businesses, was a high school teacher, and ran her own bookkeeping business. She has proven her abilities in the areas of project management and execution, change management, team development and training, logistics, customer facing-presentations, and marketing.
